Description

Organic Muesli porridge from Holle is a food supplement based on (oats, bananas, raspberries, apples) from organic farming. It is part of a healthy and balanced diet.

Source of soluble fiber, B vitamins, carbohydrates and proteins. Very healthy for the nervous system and brain

Intake mode

It is recommended to first boil the milk and water together, in quantities of 100ml each (a total of 200ml). Let the mixture cool to 50º.

Pour the liquid on a plate, add 5 tablespoons of Muesli porridge (about 25g) and mix the contents well.

Once the mixture is prepared, let it cool until it reaches an optimal temperature for consumption (about 37º).

For 1 unit:

Demeter Whole Wheat (82%), Whole Wheat Flour (82%), Oats (7%), Whole Oats (7%), Banana Powder (6%), Raspberry Flakes (3%), Apple Dry Extract (2%), Apple (2%), Vitamin B1, Brown rice concentrate, Raspberry, Rice, Raspberry powder, Vitamin B1 / Thiamine.
