Description

Indication
Perennial plant in the form of a small bush about 80 cm tall. Originally from the Mediterranean, highly appreciated since ancient times for its medicinal properties (antioxidant, disinfectant, etc.) and as an excellent condiment in the kitchen. It is also well known for being used as a seasoning that enlivens many of our pasta dishes, pizzas, sauces, cheeses, etc.
Intake mode
It is recommended to follow the following steps:
- Submerge the seeds from an envelope in a container of water for several hours (4/6 hours).
- Drain, dry and distribute the seeds evenly on the rack.

- Keep the water level up to the grid throughout the germination process.
- Cut or grilled Sprouts can be kept in the refrigerator for between 10 and 15 days.
