The Ghee Caldes d'Estrac (clarified butter) 100% ayurveda, artisan, proximity, organic certified by the CCPAE and the EU, is a food consisting of a high-density pure fat, known as "good cholesterol", which comes from cow's milk - in our case organic and from pasture-. It can be used in the kitchen, with the same criteria with which we usually use other fats (oil, butter...) in both sweet and savory dishes.

The Ghee Caldes d'Estrac is not a butter, although it resembles it in its appearance and is usually called this way. Through an artisan process, we have removed all the dairy elements, the water, the casein from the milk, leaving a pure, high-density fat that the body needs in balanced quantities to carry out many of its daily processes.

Cradled in our town of Caldes d'Estrac (Province of Barcelona), we learned this recipe registered in Ayurvedic books with more than 5,000 years of existence in the Espacio del Silencio -its producer- in its original form and adapted it to a local / artisan format. Ayurveda means in Sanskrit "science of life"

Contains between 2 and 3% linoleic oil.
