Description
The Ghee Caldes d'Estrac (clarified butter) 100% ayurveda, artisan, proximity, organic certified by the CCPAE and the EU, is a food consisting of a high-density pure fat, known as "good cholesterol", which comes from cow's milk - in our case organic and from pasture-. The Ghee Caldes d'Estrac is not a butter, although it resembles it in its appearance and is usually called this way. Cradled in our town of Caldes d'Estrac (Province of Barcelona), we learned this recipe registered in Ayurvedic books with more than 5,000 years of existence in the Espacio del Silencio -its producer- in its original form and adapted it to a local / artisan format.
