The Colomba Pere e Cioccolato Probios is made according to the ancient traditional method of master pastry chefs with mother yeast from sourdough.
Indication
Its incredibly soft dough derives from slow natural leavening and high quality organic ingredients.
Ideal for those who want to celebrate Easter with a typical dessert of this occasion, but in a particularly delicious organic version, enriched with candied pear cubes and dark chocolate drops!
