My favorite rice syrup. I have been buying it for years because I am intolerant to fructose and sorbitol and it is my trusted sweetener. Caramelizes great and sweetens a little less than sugar but more than enough! I also use it as a substitute for honey.

Mi sirope de arroz favorito, Llevo años comprandolo por intolerante a la fructosa y sorbitol y es mi endulzante de confianza. Carameliza genial y endulza algo menos que el azucar pero mas que suficiente! Lo uso también como sustituto de la miel.
