Description
Canadian Maple Syrup - Baule Volatil Grade C is made from the sap of the wild maples of Canada. The trees are inked in the spring and the light juice collected is concentrated to obtain a syrup with a strong, aromatic flavor.
Indication
Maple syrup is a sugary liquid obtained from the sap of the sugar maple (Acer saccharum), native to North America. The sap is harvested in early spring, when the maple is still at rest, drilling holes in the trunk from which it comes
Intake mode
It is recommended to sweeten muesil, ice creams, herbal teas and drinks in general.
