Description

Raab Xylitol Sugar Birch is an organic compound that can be compared in appearance, texture and sweetening power with regular sugar.

Indication

The Xylitol in our birch sugar is obtained through non-transgenic corn. Contrary to common sugar, birch sugar has approx. 40% less calories.

It naturally appears in many fruits, berries, and vegetables. Birch sugar is suitable for cooking, for baking cakes (except fresh yeast) and for sweetening beverages.

Intake mode

It is recommended to ingest to the taste of the consumer
