Whole cane sugar

Description

Priméal's complete cane sugar is obtained from unrefined dried cane juice.

Indication

Dosed more moderately than blond sugar, whole sugar pleasantly scents dairy products and desserts. Its grainy and dry texture favors its use in baking, but always in small quantities because it brings a dark appearance to preparations because of its very brown color.
