Description

Lavender Honey from Mielar, also known as Lavender Honey, is harvested mainly in the Northern Plateau, Aragon and Catalonia. It is amber and smooth in consistency and has a subtle but delicious aroma and flavor. It is a good helper to promote good health of the lungs.

Indication

Honey is a very energetic food, as it has a high sugar content, between 70 and 80. With 25% fewer calories than conventional sugar (sucrose) but more sweetening power.

Intake mode

It is recommended to eat or use according to the consumer's taste, combine it with your favorite dishes and desserts.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place protected from light. Once the product is opened for the first time, make sure to seal it well after use.
