Description
Organic maca comes exclusively from yellow maca from the Andes of Peru. It helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue, to normal cognitive function and to the normal functioning of the immune system.
Indication
Maca comes from Quechua, a Peruvian dialect of the Andes, MA for cultivated altitude and CA for being a food that strengthens. When the Spanish settled in the Andes, their reproduction rate and that of their livestock declined. The Incas recommended maca to increase fertility.
Intake mode
It is recommended to mix one tablespoon a day (3-5 g) in smoothies, juices, fruits, cereals or supplements in milk or water. Any combination is good.
