Nutritional Yeast with Vitamin B12 from Energy Feelings is a superfood that enriches the nutritional value of any preparation, being a product made expressly for human consumption.
Indication
Energy Feelings nutritional yeast is carefully cultivated from a strain of the primary yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae in purified beet molasses. Later it is inactivated and dried in a roller drum that turns it into homogeneous flakes. This yeast does not generate yeast development in the intestine because it is inactive, having a delicious, slightly salty, non-bitter taste (unlike traditional brewer's yeast). It comes in the form of flakes of a light brown color with various possibilities of use.

It is recommended to be used in a wide variety of applications and formats, its culinary applications being almost unlimited:
It can be sprinkled directly on salads and hot and cold dishes.
It is used to make vegan “cheeses”, to gratin, as an ingredient in fillings.

Vitamin B1 (1.4 mg), Vitamin B2 (1.4 mg), Niacin (1.6 mg), Vitamin B6 (1.4 mg), Pantothenic Acid (9 mg), Folic Acid (300 μg), Biotin (50 μg), Vitamin B12 (2.50 μg).
