Description

Salud Viva's 60g Carob Gum is obtained from the seeds of the carob tree, known as Ceratonia siliqua.

No magnesium stearate, no silicon dioxide... Just the ingredients listed.

Intake mode

It is recommended to increase viscosity and give a better texture to liquids.

It is also a binder that can be used in place of flour or egg yolks.

The doses range between 3 - 11 grams per kg.

It can dissolve when cold, but dissolves more easily in hot liquids.
