RM PUMP Recovery Mix by Watt is a food supplement based on proteins, carbohydrates, amino acids, creatine, L-carnitine, taurine useful as post workout for muscle and energy support.

Indication

RM PUMP Recovery Mix is a blend of nutrients indicated for recovery after intense physical exertion. The basis of the product is made up of complex carbohydrates and, unlike RM1, whey proteins. Carbohydrates are represented by Vitargo®, a high molecular weight starch that more than any other carbohydrate tested, reduces recovery times. Proteins intervene in the support of muscle mass, rebuilding the structural part. L-glutamine and L-leucine are very present in muscle tissue and contribute to its maintenance. RM PUMP Recovery Mix guarantees an antioxidant action thanks to the presence of vitamin C and vitamin E, preventing damage attributable to free radicals on the muscle membranes.
