Tempe Bio de Cristal de Mimasa is a soybean derivative obtained through a heat fermentation process.

Indication

As for its properties, Tempeh stands out above all for its content of isoflavones and saponins, in addition to having all the essential amino acids. Isoflavones relieve stiffness in the neck and shoulders. They also favor the prevention of breast neoplasms. Saponin, for its part, favors the inhibition of lipid peroxidation, causing an anti-aging effect, and the prevention of hardening of the arteries and liver conditions.

Intake mode

Eating directly is recommended. It can also be cut into thinner slices and toasted on the griddle to make it crispy. Sliced, it can be battered and fried and then seasoned with Tamari-Shoyu. Finally, it can be used to prepare vegetable stews or as an ingredient in many dishes, such as soups or salads.
