    Different varieties of hummus give different types of flavor, some with more spices than others or with more salt than others, but each with its own personal touch. It is true that there are hummus that should not have any type of added oil, since sesame (tahin) itself is the oil of the pasta, which plus the chickpeas and the lemon and garlic juice provide all the flavor to this delicious cream.

    Diferentes variedades de hummus dan diferentes tipos de sabor, unos con más condimentos que otros o con más sal que otros, pero cada uno con su toque personal. Bien es cierto que hay hummus que no tendrían que llevar ningún tipo de aceite añadido, pues ya el propio sésamo (tahin) es el aceite de la pasta, que mas los garbanzos y el zumo de limón y ajo aportan todo el sabor a esta deliciosa crema.
