    Very good alternative to other pates. It tastes like mussels and is very tasty. You have to eat it quickly in 3 or 4 days. It doesn't last in the refrigerator.

Description

The Pan do Mar mussel terrine made with mussels of the Mytilus Galloprovincialis species from certified organic aquaculture and collected in FAO Zone 27.IX.a.

Indication

Organic mussels are farmed by artisanal fishermen in the deep, crystalline waters of the Ría de Arousa, Galicia, on the northwest coast of Spain, with the help of ropes suspended under floating wooden rafts.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place.
