Description
Anchovy fillets in extra virgin olive oil from organic farming. Anchovy fillets from the Bay of Biscay fisheries.
Indication
The anchovies are caught at the bolinche by artisanal fishermen from the coasts of the Bay of Biscay. Bolinche fishing allows selective capture avoiding overfishing and the rejection of species of no commercial value.
Intake mode
It is recommended to open and serve accompanied by toasted bread or salad.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place.
