Description
Sea salt from the Atlantic end of Fior di Loto is sea salt from the Atlantic coast, dried, ground. It has a natural color tending to light gray, it is not washed, nor treated or refined. In this way all the characteristics of the salt from the open sea are preserved, in particular the presence of trace elements.
Indication
The color nuance of the salt depends on various factors such as climate and temperatures of the year of harvest, the presence of algae, the concentration of mineral salts, and therefore may vary slightly from batch to batch.
Storage conditions
Store in a dry place at room temperature.
