Indication

Our wheatgrass (Triticum aestivum) is organically grown in New Zealand, far from urban and industrial centers. It is harvested when the plant reaches 30 cm in height (when the plant has more nutrients). Wheatgrass is dehydrated at room temperature and pulverized into fine 50 micron particles, less than 6 hours after harvest.

Intake mode

It is recommended to take 1 teaspoon (3 g) of wheatgrass in a glass of warm water in the morning, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast. You can start with half a teaspoon to get your body used to it.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosis. Keep out of the reach of children. It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
