I really like its flavor. It's soft. And it goes very well for those who have a bloated stomach. At least I notice it enough when I put it in meals. Digestion is not heavy.

Me gusta mucho su sabor. Es suave. Y va muy bien para las que tenemos el estomago hinchado. Por menos yo lo noto bastante cuando lo pongo en las comidas. No se me hace pesada la digestión.

I have bought it for its properties, to add to salads. I do not know if its flavor is better or worse than others because since it is the first time that I use it, I have chosen this brand because normally all the products that I have tried of this brand have good quality and I liked them a lot.

Lo he comprado por sus propiedades, para añadir a las ensaladas. No sé si su sabor es mejor o peor que otros porque ya que es la primera vez que lo utilizo, he elegido esta marca porque normalmente todos los productos que he probado de esta marca tienen buena calidad y me han gustado bastante.
