Great product and unknown to me until a few months ago. Ideal to mix with apple juice and, once the mixture thickens, take it as custard. I will repeat without hesitation
Producto buenísimo y desconocido para mí hasta hace unos meses. Ideal para mezclar con zumo de manzana y, una vez la mezcla se espesa, tomarlo a modo de natillas. Repetiré sin dudar

Description
Kuzu is the elaborated root of Pueraria Thumbergiana. The production of kuzu consists of isolating the starches, eliminating the fiber and impurities and finally drying it in the open air. This product offers the guarantee of not having mixtures of any kind, so its effects are assured.
Indication
It is prepared from roots between 5 and 10 years old and weighing about 10 kg. These characteristics are optimal for the best quality production.
Once harvested, the kuzu roots are ground and subsequently washed with cold water several times to clean them of impurities until the water runs clear. Finally, the kuzu is completely dried, letting it rest for a month and a half. The result is a high quality kuzu with a firm texture. Its purity and intense white color are exclusive, the result of the quality of the root and the traditional techniques used in its preparation.
Intake mode
It is recommended 2 teaspoons in a cup of water and boil for 1 minute until gelatinous. Serve seasoned with a few drops of tamari. It can also be added to soups, creams, sauces and desserts, to give them consistency and smoothness.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place.
