Description
Sapore di Sole Hazelnut Oil is an oil obtained by cold mechanical pressing, at a temperature below 27 ° C, which allows to keep all its properties intact. The flavor is pleasant and light, typical of hazelnut.
Indication
This oil is rich in monounsaturated (omega-9) and polyunsaturated (omega-6) fats. The replacement of saturated fatty acids with unsaturated fatty acids in the diet contributes to the maintenance of normal levels of LDL lipoproteins in the blood.
