Description

Extra virgin walnut oil from Périgord Bio de Amanprana is smooth with a pronounced nutty flavor. It is made by pressing the dried nuts cold, thus maintaining the flavors and nutritional values.

Indication

Périgord Bio extra virgin walnut oil from Franck Monsallier's orchard in Périgord, France. The nuts are not preheated or roasted (thus quality is retained). Mix of 4 varieties of walnuts for an exquisite pure flavor. The nuts are crushed with an authentic granite mill, after which they are pressed in the press designed by Franck Monsallier (this press does not create heat). This oil has a peroxide of less than 2mg and an acidity of less than 0.5%, which is excellent.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use in cold dishes.

Ingredients

For every 100g: Polyphenols (290mg), Vitamin E (23mg) and Vitamin K (15microgram). Source of Co-enzyme Q10, Lecithin, Plant sterols (B-sitosterol, Delta-5 Avenasterol, Campesterol and others).
