Description
Chia seeds from Biográ are full of vitamins, minerals and fatty acids that provide many benefits. These nutritious seeds can be incorporated into any meal without changing its flavor.
Indication
They are healthy and have a high percentage of omega 3, antioxidants and fiber. It is a very complete food since it has 5 times more calcium than milk, 3 times more antioxidants than blueberries, 3 times more iron than spinach, 2 times more fiber than oats, 2 times more protein than any vegetable and 2 times more potassium than bananas. Ideal in soups, salads, yogurts, cereals, you can even make your own recipes as always, such as muffins, cakes or chia pudding.
Intake mode
It is recommended to place between two and four tablespoons of seeds in a glass with water, juice or another drink. They are removed with a teaspoon so that they come into contact with the liquid and left for 15 to 30 minutes. The fiber present in the seed helps create an almost solid gelatin. It can be taken at any time of the day, better before meals.
