Indication

The benefits of black mustard for human health have been reported since antiquity, 5,000 years ago. They are a great source of vitamin C, A, E, K and omega-3 fatty acids and minerals such as selenium, phosphorus, iron, manganese, magnesium, calcium and zinc, among others. It has stimulating, diuretic, tonic, antibacterial and antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.

Intake mode

It is recommended to be used mainly in the preparation of sauces with strong flavors and can be combined with any type of meat, seafood, vegetables, rice, among many other foods
