The Siken Substitute Yogurt Bars from Siken are yogurt flavor bars for a balanced diet, ideal for taking care of your weight. It is low in calories and provides the necessary vitamins and minerals. Rich in fiber. You can also take it as a snack between meals.

Intake mode

It is advisable to take 2 bars to substitute for 1 meal and 1 bar to substitute for 1 snack. Drink plenty of water during the day (around 1.5l / day). The rest of the day, it is recommended to follow a low calorie diet.
