Intake mode

It is recommended to eat 1 custard as a substitute for 1 meal. Dissolve the content of one sachet in 200-225 ml of water (depending on the desired consistency). Mix until you get a homogeneous preparation. Drink plenty of water (approximately 1.5 l/day). The rest of the day a hypocaloric diet should be followed.
