Están muy ricas pero no pican ni tienen sabor fuerte, que es lo que buscaba porque las compré por sus propiedades para consumirlas diariamente. Las hago en un germinador.

Description
This legume likes clay and limestone soils and is cultivated in India and in the south of France. Very nice to get used to sprouting shoots.

It is recommended to consume in shoot (1 to 2 cm) raw in aromatics in salads, vegetables, soups, sandwiches or also in push.
