Description
Punch Power Lemon Antioxidant Long Distance Drink is a powdered drink mix with carbohydrate intake. It contains magnesium, BCAAs and vitamins. Thanks to its carbohydrate and electrolyte content, this drink helps maintain performance during prolonged endurance exercise and increases water absorption during physical exercise.
Intake mode
It is advisable to dilute 40 g of powder (the equivalent of 3 scoops) in 500 ml of water.
