The Dagosette Pérou Demeter bio from Les Cafés Dagobert is made from biodynamic coffee which is harvested between June and September, towards the Highlands of the Amazon. Grown on a family farm that promotes biodiversity, this coffee is perfectly balanced, sweet and chocolatey.
For optimal freshness, Dagobert coffees are roasted to order and packaged in Sainte-Olive (01). In order to obtain a heart-roasted coffee bean, the transformation is done in an artisanal way. The roasting is carried out with 2 small devices which roast the coffee beans for 20 minutes at 220 ° C maximum.
