Description
Mitoku Wakame Japan Seaweed is an edible seaweed with a slight sweet taste, used in dishes such as soups and salads in oriental cuisine.
Indication
It is rich in minerals (especially calcium, sodium and potassium) and in vitamins of groups B and C, remineralizes, helps to balance the nervous system, activates circulation, eliminates toxins, nourishes hair and skin.
Intake mode
It is recommended to eat raw as cooked, it needs to be soaked for about 3 minutes in cold water. After soaking it can be added raw, cooked for a long time or added at the last minute and lightly cooked.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place.
