Description
Kombu Seaweed Seaweed Quick Dry Atlantic Seaweed. Due to its fineness and flavor, it is the most appreciated native kombu.
Indication
Brown seaweed with large leaves. Rich in alginic acid, glutamic acid and minerals: calcium and iron. Taste sweeter than Kombu and cook faster.
Intake mode
It is recommended to eat cooked: Cut into strips with scissors and boil for about 30 minutes without soaking, along with other vegetables, legumes, rice, stews, soups, etc.
You can also pre-brown and add to tortillas, fillings, sautéing or any preparation. As it is a flat and flexible kelp, it is suitable for making rolls.
