Description
Arame de Terrasana has a complex but mild umami flavor. Arame is harvested by hand in the Ise-Shima protected area in Japan.
Indication
You can go in all directions with ararme - it's delicious in miso soups, salads, as a side dish, or with soba or udon noodles.
Intake mode
It is recommended to rinse well, soak for 10 minutes and drain. Briefly fry and cook or stew for 5 minutes. Use it as a garnish or addition to your stew or salad.
