Natali's Agar-agar sachet is a natural vegetable food gelling agent, extracted from wild red marine algae (Gelidium sesquipedale). Agar-agar is a colorless, odorless mucilage which makes it possible to texture salty or sweet dishes (aspic, terrine, dessert, cream, jelly, etc.).
It advantageously replaces gelatin because it is 100% vegetable. It also allows the production of gelled water and the gelation of any type of liquid.
It is recommended to dilute in a little cold water or the cold liquid of the preparation. Mix this dilution with the rest of the preparation and bring to a boil. Pour into molds and let cool so that the gel freezes. Unmold and serve cold.
Store at room temperature in a dry place.
