Description
Sengiri Daikon from Terrasana Daikon is a kind of white radish shaped like a thin eggplant. It is delicious to use in sushi, misosoepen or seaweed salads. It can be served with Japanese seasonings like shoyu, tamari, and miso.
Intake mode
It is recommended to soak the daikon 10 minutes before use. It is combined with soy sauce, sushi vinegar, mirin and ginger (optional). Other vegetables (root) are added.
