Indication

Organic spelled wheat flakes are the best tolerated wheat by the body. Moderately caloric, it has a higher protein content than common wheat. Its carbohydrates are mostly complex and are accompanied by abundant fiber, and are low in fat.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use for soups, creams, salads, sauteed with vegetables or creamy stews, such as risotto. Cook for 5 minutes or soak for 15-20 minutes.
