Germalyne Tradition 100% wheat germ from Sept-Fons Abbey is a food supplement developed by the Trappist monks of Sept-Fons more than 75 years ago.

With a pleasant taste, it contains in a particularly assimilable form, all the natural vitamins of wheat germ (group B, E, PP).

Intake mode

2 tablespoons per day, to dilute in soup, cottage cheese, yogurt, or to sprinkle on salads, vegetables, meats. Do not boil. Consume within two months of opening the bag.
