Description
Buckwheat couscous from Fior di Loto is made with the traditional method of preparing couscous, however using buckwheat flour which makes it naturally gluten-free and a source of fiber.
Intake mode
It is recommended to put the couscous in a bowl and season it with a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil. In the meantime, bring the salted water or the broth to a boil. For chickpea and lentil couscous you need less liquid to rehydrate than the traditional one: you will need about half the broth or water of the weight of the couscous. Then pour on the couscous and cover, letting it rest for a few minutes and shelling from time to time.
