Description

Priméal's long complete Camargue rice is simply stripped of its hard and indigestible husk. This limited shelling preserves the nutrients present on the surface part of the grain and allows cooking to develop a typical flavor.

Indication

Rice with character - ideal for stewing.

Intake mode

It is recommended to wash and cook 1 volume of rice in 2 volumes of water covered for 45 minutes then salt. We recommend pilaf or stew cooking without excess water.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool dry place.
