Indication
Originally from Peru, quinoa is rich in proteins, they are mainly used to form, repair and maintain tissues, such as the skin, muscles and bones, in good condition. It is also rich in amino acids. And it does not contain gluten! Quinoa is considered one of the richest Andean seeds thanks to its nutritional value and its composition of amino acids.
Intake mode
It is recommended to wash the quinoa beans. Cook over low heat in 2 times their volume of water for 10 to 15 minutes until the small white germ detaches from the seed. Cover and let swell off the heat. Quinoa will be appreciated as an accompaniment to all your hot dishes, as a stuffing, pancake, pilaf or risotto style. It will also be delicious cold in salads or tabbouleh.
