Description
Priméal's Quinoa Trio is an association of different varieties of quinoa: white, red and black. Seed from the Chenopodiaceae family (like spinach) assimilated to a cereal by its nutritional composition. Quinoa is a source of very well balanced proteins. It is a source of fiber.
Indication
Red quinoa is a different variety from white quinoa, just as old. Spontaneously it grows in small quantities in the fields of Réal quinoa and until now, we have removed it from our harvests to obtain a uniformly white-cream colored seed. Today red quinoa is the subject of a specific culture; its red color is located on the husk of the grain and the almond is white.
Intake mode
It is recommended to rinse and cook 1 volume of red quinoa in 2 volumes of covered water for 12 to 15 minutes then salt.
