Description

Indication

All the work fully responds to the traditional methodology, cold patterned dough and bronze, to obtain a pleasantly rougher and more porous dough, ideal for absorbing and improving sauces. Drying is carried out at low temperatures and for long periods of time, without damaging the precious content of spaghetti whole spelled seeds.

Intake mode

A cooking time of 9-10 minutes is recommended.
