Indication

This paste is a natural source of fiber.

Intake mode

Heat a pot with 1 liter of water for every 100 grams of pasta. When the water boils, add the salt and the Castagno pasta. Stir the pasta. From the moment the water boils again, cook for 5/7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste and if it is cooked enough, strain the pasta and season as desired.
