Oatmeal is a naturally gluten-free cereal. However, for this natural oatmeal, we have made sure to find the best organic gluten-free production factories. That is, they exclusively grow, harvest and process oats to ensure that they do not acquire gluten through cross-contamination with wheat.

Intake mode

1. Add 50 g of oatmeal powder in a cup or bowl.

2. Add 210 ml of water, milk or hot vegetable drink, or 150 ml if it is cold.

3. Stir for 10 to 15 seconds.

4. Let stand 1 or 2 minutes.

5. Stir again, add your favorite fruit for a special touch and enjoy.

A tip: if you like it thicker add less liquid

Storage conditions

Oats stored our comprehensive powder in a cool, dry at room temperature. Once opened, keep the bag closed and remember to consume it within 3 months. We know this won't cost you too much!

Also remember to keep our chocolate-flavored gluten-free oatmeal away from direct sunlight, extreme changes in temperature, odor or humidity.
