Description
Red beans grown in Italy. Much appreciated for their delicate taste and suitable for a thousand uses in the kitchen, both alone and in accompaniment with other legumes and cereals.
Intake mode
It is recommended to soak for 12 hours to reduce cooking times and trigger the processes that increase the nutritional value of legumes. Add salt only after cooking to avoid hardening of the skin. It is recommended that both soaking and cooking add the Kombu Algae, which softens the legume shell and increases its digestibility.
