The Dupuy lentil provides many benefits such as iron, fiber and carbohydrates. It also has a pleasant taste.

Intake mode

It is recommended to soak 4-5 hours. Put 1 cup of lentils for every 2-3 cups of water and cook according to your taste. Try it in your soups and salads.
