Description
Priméal beluga lentils are naturally black in color, these tiny lentils get their name from their resemblance to beluga caviar when cooked. Rich in protein and fiber.
Indication
They can be eaten hot and are perfect in salads. Accompanied by a cereal, the beluga lentil is a vegetable alternative to animal proteins. It can be used in germination (3 days).
Intake mode
It is recommended to rinse and simply bring to a boil. Drain and then simmer for 20 minutes in water with herbs and kombu seaweed.
