Santiveri potato starch is perfect for cooking and preparing different meals.

Indication

Potato starch has great culinary possibilities and can replace wheat flour.

Intake mode

It is recommended before cooking, first dilute the starch in a little cold liquid and then add to the rest. Boil over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Season to taste. It is recommended to use the starch for each liter of liquid.
