Baule Volante potato starch is an ideal product to use as a thickener in the preparation of soft and light sweets and puddings.

Indication

Potato starch is obtained from the starch of the tuber of the potato plant, through a simple extraction process and subsequent drying. Thanks to its characteristics, it is an excellent thickener and provides softness to the dough. Potato starch adds friability and softness to cakes and baked goods.
It is ideal as a thickener for flans, creams and sauces. It is recommended to dissolve it first in a cold liquid, if it is used as a thickener. For baked goods, simply add it to the kneading ingredients.
