Description
Whole Wheat Rye Flour Eco is rich in complex carbohydrates, which stand out precisely for being slow release.
Indication
These tend to be absorbed slowly, helping to maintain much more stable blood sugar levels. Interesting fiber content and low fat content. It is high in minerals (calcium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, selenium and sodium stand out) and healthy fatty acids. It also provides a high content of vitamins: especially group B.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use for breads as well as for the preparation of broths, meatballs and other culinary preparations.
